Job Description - Global Consumer Plan IT Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Consumer Plan IT Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will collaborate closely with business partners to continually improve end-to-end planning processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Agile User Story Development: Contribute to the development of well-defined acceptance criteria and drive the creation of valuable solutions in partnership with regional/global Business and Technology partners.
  • Application Reliability: Support the reliability of applications in NA and EMEA regions.
  • Business Needs Alignment: Proactively match business needs with existing Kenvue plan capabilities and identify gaps.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Provide rapid prototyping and conceptual designs where requirements are ambiguous or unproven.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee quality in what is being delivered by third parties and adherence to business requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and deliver enhancements and smaller projects.
  • Process Improvement: Actively support continuous process improvement to enhance business performance.
  • Change Management: Review and approve changes to the Demand Planning and data integration applications.
  • Professional Development: Cultivate professional relationships inside and outside of Kenvue, including building a good understanding of best practices in other countries to re-use or create new harmonized solutions.
  • Compliance: Apply compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology, specifically in Advanced Planning Systems (APS) such as APO, OMP, Anaplan, or other high-capability systems.
  • Experience with Demand Planning, preferably in the Consumer industry or life sciences industry.
  • Experience in projects deploying Planning systems or complex data management processes.
  • Experience in implementing SAP APO or other advanced planning system configuration, customization, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in complex production planning system deployment, improvement initiatives, and steady-state support.
  • Experience in solution design and architecture.
  • Experience in E2E Supply chain processes and in implementing complex IT solutions in Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Advanced planning, and Material Planning capabilities.
  • Experience working with/managing large, culturally diverse global teams across time zones.
  • Ability to successfully lead multiple critical priorities/issues.
  • Experience in working with multiple partners within a matrix organization.
  • Ability to coach/grow peers and team members.
  • Experience driving business value through information technology.

Preferred qualifications include experience with Consumer Health or Life Science industry with understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, experience implementing or supporting Anaplan or OMP, and experience implementing S/4 integrations with Plan applications.

Education:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Travel Requirements:

This position may require travel up to 25%.
