We're seeking a talented Concept Artist to join our team of creative visionaries in the virtual reality content creation scene.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concept art, mood boards, and color scripts that align with project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas and sketches to establish preliminary project visual intentions.
- Create detailed designs for environments, lighting, colors, characters, props, and vehicles that can be translated into 3D assets.
- Develop artistic materials and assets for XR products, games, and experiences.
- Support texture and matte painting for in-game use on characters, environments, and user interface creations.
- Proficiency in digital painting tools such as Photoshop and Substance Painter.
- Ability to communicate ideas through sketches, drawings, and models.
- Strong grasp of anatomy, perspective, and volume.
- Understanding of color, lighting, atmosphere, and composition.
- Experience in character and environmental design.
- Capacity to present effective visual solutions that meet project needs.
- Flexibility in executing different art styles.
- Experience with digital modeling.
- Proficiency in illustration tools such as Illustrator.
- Background in graphic design.
- Knowledge of game engines like Unity or Unreal.
- Previous experience in game development.
