Software Architecture Leadership Role

This leadership role focuses on defining the software architecture for healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in software development and have a proven track record in designing and implementing complex software systems.

As a key member of the organization, you will collaborate with global teams to understand customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

The successful candidate will lead architectural decisions, engage with customers to build strong relationships, and maintain a clear product vision.

You will also mentor team members, foster a culture of continuous learning, and identify risks by detecting gaps in architecture, security, deployment, and configuration.

  • Lead the design and implementation of software architectures for healthcare solutions.

  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in software development and architecture.
  • Strong technical skills in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web development, and design patterns.
  • Programming expertise in languages such as C# and experience with frontend frameworks like Angular.
  • DevSecOps experience.
  • Agile methodology proficiency.
  • Knowledge of cloud and containerization.
  • Expertise in healthcare standards like FHIR, openEHR, and SMART on FHIR.
