Job Title: Strategic Operations Director

We are entering an exciting phase of rapid growth and expansion. To shape this journey, we are seeking a visionary leader who can drive strategic projects and partner closely with our COO.

You will bring pace across the organization and help achieve ambitious goals by delivering complex projects and crafting clear narratives to align and inspire the team.

  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects, working with Sales, Product, Tech, Ops, and other teams to deliver varied projects such as refining Go-To-Market strategies, running goal-setting processes, and implementing Forward Deployment strategies.
  • Drive operationalization by aligning Sales and Finance and utilizing software tools effectively, or kicking off projects to define what Remote First means at Avra and implement it.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on key strategic topics, identifying key value levers, and prioritizing them with the teams.
  • Methodically build in global best practices into our ways of working at Avra, spearheading our continuous learning mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

You need to be tech-savvy, an AI evangelist, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You should have experience with operational processes and a knack for understanding why they exist and how they can be improved.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of work experience
  • Background in consulting is required; experience working in hyper-growth tech start-ups with cross-functional teams is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA; alternatively, a project or work experience that shows you can commit to a long-term undertaking and invest in understanding building blocks and seeking learning
  • Continuous learner: Proven record of learning new skills in the workplace in the last 3 years
  • Languages: Portuguese & English fluency
