About the Role

TikTok is seeking a highly skilled Measurement Partner Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Science Measurement team, you will be responsible for partnering with top clients and agencies to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement measurement strategies to demonstrate the impact of advertising campaigns on business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, measurement product, and business marketing, to ensure clients and agencies receive best-in-class support.
  • Grow and develop a high-performing measurement team, focusing on strategic consulting and driving learning agendas for agencies and clients.
  • Manage client and agency feedback to inform product and partnerships teams, ensuring their voice is reflected in our offerings.
  • Build senior business partnerships with strategic customers and internal teams, working closely with product and partnership teams to prioritize partnerships for the region.
  • Partner with research and marketing leads to develop narratives showcasing market opportunities and provide ongoing measurement perspectives to clients and regional teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: A senior professional with extensive experience in digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers, with recent responsibilities in people management, media analytics, operational discipline, and team development.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in a business or analytical field.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with a track record of successfully driving the adoption of new products or research methodologies.
  • A track record of building analytical practices and teams, with clear examples of operational discipline.
  • Expertise in advertising measurement methods and technologies.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, consistently delivering quality and providing clear guidance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience managing teams.
  • Expertise in performance attribution measurement.
  • Familiarity with regional industry groups and measurement initiatives.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Research.
  • Experience working with sales and cross-functional teams, influencing key stakeholders across all levels.
  • Experience in inferential problem-solving through experimental design and analytical methods.
