Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team in Sorocaba, Brazil. As a Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, studying, researching, and developing products from conception to design, with a focus on customer needs and international guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop new products, including design, specifications, prototypes, and materials
  • Conduct technical and technological prospecting to identify needs for product improvements
  • Evaluate projects and products, issue reports, and provide technical opinions
  • Develop and implement cost-effective and saving opportunities in products
  • Provide technical support to the factory in industrialization phases and to Marketing and commercial teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Advanced Excel skills (macros and VBA)
  • Proven experience in R&D, manufacturing, or quality
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
