Pitch Content Manager

This role encompasses a dynamic position that requires an extremely organized and skilled professional to spearhead the development and implementation of pitch content.
The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive pitch content audits, reviews, and updates to ensure exceptional quality and alignment with recent market developments. They will also provide support in crafting materials, presentations, and communications to promote best practices in pitch content management.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing meetings and projects with stakeholders, managing project trackers, and streamlining processes to enhance productivity. Additionally, they will be responsible for researching and monitoring new content developments, recommending enhancements, and engaging with pitch automation technology to strengthen firm-wide pitching practices.
This role requires strong writing skills in sales/client solutions content, experience in business development/pitching for professional services, and excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for effective collaboration with team members.
As a Senior Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless pitch content functions, collaborating with team members, and assisting with special projects as needed.
