- Identify and solve complex business, organizational, and operational challenges while defining and improving associated processes.
- Support strategy and management consulting projects, including strategic plans, organizational assessments, capability maturity assessments, market analysis, and training materials.
- Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance project delivery capability maturity and asset management maturity.
- Analyze client current state by supporting analysis of business processes, document review, and focused workshops.
- Develop client-facing materials, including presentations and reports, and communicate analytical findings to executives.
- Perform market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to help customers drive revenue, improve market share, and expand customer intimacy.
- BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of post-graduate, professional experience in strategy and management consulting, capital projects & infrastructure, asset management, reliability management, asset integrity, systems engineering, or a related profession.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible travel schedule.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Industry experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, chemicals, or power and utilities.
- Previous asset analytic and modeling experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical, innovative, and creative mindset.
- Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results.
- Advanced Excel skills to aggregate, model, and manage large data sets and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
