Job Overview:

This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our safety operations. As a Safety Offline Operations Analyst, you will play a key part in managing performance, overseeing finances, and supporting internal governance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Develop and refine control systems to ensure departmental activities align with operational goals. Regularly review performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact for the department's expenses and financial reporting. Collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and optimize resource allocation.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor key metrics, transform complex data sets into clear insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Risk Management: Lead efforts in identifying internal and external vulnerabilities, mapping potential liabilities, and implementing preventive measures.
  • Governance & Documentation: Maintain organized records of governance activities, policies, and decisions. Ensure compliance with internal standards and support governance reporting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across teams to gather data, share insights, and foster a continuous improvement culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety or Security Management, Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Experience in security performance management, financial oversight, or governance roles related to safety or security operations.
  • Strong analytical capability and proficiency with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
