We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team in São Paulo. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and advisory support on compliance matters in LATAM.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert guidance on compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to global standards and industry best practices.">
  • Develop and maintain robust compliance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective compliance management programs.">
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and regulatory developments in the crypto industry, focusing on LATAM countries.">
  • Lead and improve KYC/KYB and CDD/EDD processes, overseeing ongoing monitoring and risk assessments.">
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including Data, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Product, and Risk teams.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 8+ years of experience in compliance within the financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency industries.">
  • Proven experience in AML/FT & Sanctions in compliance roles within traditional financial services, fintech companies, or crypto exchanges.">
  • In-depth understanding of the LATAM regulatory landscape, with a strong focus on Argentina, El Salvador, and Brazil.">
  • Excellent analytical, research, and due diligence skills to interpret complex regulations.">
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.">
  • CAMS, FIBA certification, or any other industry-relevant financial crime compliance certification.">
