Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing offline marketing activities, supporting the marketing department by creating and scheduling social media content, maintaining and updating the social media calendar, conducting research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, planning and managing various online and on-campus events, creating photo and video content as needed, managing and overseeing media release forms, managing and coordinating filming schedules, working with 3rd party videographers and photographers.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent English writing and communication skills, proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, knowledge and expertise with multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, ability to deliver creative text, image, and video content, familiarity with marketing channels and online marketing strategies, and ability to grasp future digital technology trends and act on them proactively.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
