Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our Customer Innovation Services team at SAP SE. As a key member of our global development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality cloud solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud-based business applications using agile software engineering methodologies and clean code principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and prioritize technical and functional requirements related to business needs.
  • Develop advanced coding skills with a strong focus on quality and completeness, and contribute to the development of innovative cloud solutions.
  • Work within a global team on international projects, leveraging the latest technologies and working with world-class developers.
  • Participate in the development of continuous integration and DevOps practices in a global development environment.
  • Contribute to the development of cloud-native solutions and experience with cloud platforms such as SAP BTP, AWS, GCP, or Azure is highly valued.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Excellent programming skills, knowledge of algorithms, data structures, space and run-time complexity.
  • Strong customer interaction skills, ability to prioritize software requirements, identify reusability, and provide acceptable work-arounds to customers.
  • Advanced analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, resourceful, agile, and pragmatic.
  • Ability to proactively resolve problems focusing on teamwork, results, and people.
  • Business process and ERP application knowledge is a plus.
  • Professional experience in software development, with advanced experience in one or more of the following technologies: Java or Node, package managers, REST APIs, Unit Tests, Databases, at least one Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, SQL.
