**Key Responsibilities**:

As a Marketing Assistant at KTO, you will support the State Marketing Manager in executing daily tasks and tracking projects. This includes organizing and maintaining schedules, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, and representing the Marketing Manager in internal and external meetings when necessary.

**Requirements**:

You will be currently pursuing a degree or specialization in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, are essential. Good verbal and written communication skills, in both Portuguese and English, are also required. Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and project management is a plus.
