About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Planning Analyst, Junior position in our Global Consulting Business line. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.

  • Financial Oversight and Budget Management: Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.
  • Project Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly assessing project progress against schedules and milestones, using KPIs and periodic reviews.
  • Schedule and Resource Coordination: Collaborating with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project needs.
  • Data and Documentation Management: Establishing and maintaining data structures for decision-making and reporting, ensuring document control.
  • Risk and Change Management: Identifying potential risks, performing cost risk analysis, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Team and Stakeholder Coordination: Managing and coordinating project teams, resolving conflicts, providing coaching and guidance to junior members.
  • Project Closeout: Ensuring all project deliverables are met, financials are reconciled, and the project is successfully concluded according to agreed standards and requirements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Specialization Course: MBA, AACE and/or PMI related - not mandatory but desirable
  • Proven experience in project set up and closure, estimating and cost control, contracts administration, planning, scheduling and progress control
