Lead Operations Manager
In this critical role, you will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations across shifts. Your leadership will involve administering organizational policies and guiding personnel in productivity, on-time delivery performance, cost management, and budgeting.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the manufacturing team.
- Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
- Drive safety initiatives across all areas of manufacturing and shifts.
- Ensure effective management of work centers, processes, and personnel involved in manufacturing.
- IDentify and manage key cost drivers within the manufacturing process.
- Develop solutions for meeting production plans to support business objectives.
- Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures to improve operations, minimize costs, and increase labor and material utilization.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other PC applications.
