Your tasks include supporting all purchasing activities and category buyers at various plants, related to environmental services.

Purchasing Activities
  • Negotiate commercial and operational aspects to ensure compliance with valid rules within given thresholds.
  • Identify potential synergies and ensure full coverage of all business requirements in received offers.
  • Support contractual coverage, operational improvements, and vendor development.

This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, negotiation skills, and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical purchasing and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling ordering processes via the CTOS system.
  • Preparing and conducting tenders, offer comparisons, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintaining alignment between purchasing category buyers and internal customer strategy.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor strategies, and supplier performance.

Key Requirements:

  • University Degree or equivalent degree.
  • Desirable professional experience in procurement.
  • Good analytic and conceptual competence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 and MS Office.
