About the Job
  • You will establish strategic relationships with Commercial leaders and cross-functional teams, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Participate in data-driven projects to inform forecasting, territory optimization, process improvement, and sales incentive design.
  • Contribute to our annual strategic planning process by recommending go-to-market strategy, restructuring/growth teams, and improving rep productivity.
  • Monitor key metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team.
About You
  • Previous experience in Sales Operations or a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company, or comparable field.
  • Strong communication and quantitative skills: building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses.
  • Credible problem-solving and resource management.
  • Team player with diverse backgrounds and working styles.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
