Job Title: Cybersecurity Support Professional

About the Job:

The Cybersecurity Support Professional will provide ongoing technical support for client security infrastructure, ensuring effective and secure operation of privileged access solutions. The role involves working onsite at the client's environment to assist in incident resolution, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with security policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain information security solutions with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM);
  • Promptly respond to security incidents, performing analysis and problem resolution;
  • Implement updates and improvements in the security infrastructure;
  • Collaborate with the client's team to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures;
  • Generate periodic performance and incident reports;
  • Participate in regular client meetings to discuss the current status and needs of the security infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in technical support and maintenance of security solutions;
  • Solid knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM);
  • Strong problem-solving and incident analysis skills;
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team, including direct interaction with the client.
Differentials:
  • Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISM, CyberArk, BeyondTrust);
  • Knowledge of related areas such as IAM, SIEM, DLP, etc.;
  • Technical English for reading and writing documentation.
Work Environment:
  • Onsite – Work directly at the client's premises (Berrini/SP);
