Data Insights Specialist

Daily traffic analysis involves examining revenue, gross profit, and quality metrics with a focus on top customers categorized as A and B segments. This entails taking proactive measures to ensure profitability.
Collaboration with the Route Analysis (RA) team is crucial for all changes in routes, senders, regulations, and providing business insights and requirements.
Apart from analyzing daily traffic, preparing special analyses for smaller customers, and presenting them to the Sales organization is essential.
The goal is to track the profitability of all deals with customers internally through Business Analyst reporting and suggest next steps to increase it.
Business insights are necessary for customer reports, and new models should be developed to grow the business.
Custom pricing analysis and suggested activities for top customers involve possible discounts or other commercial models.
Analysis, price suggestions, and future route setup assistance are required for auctions and tenders of top clients.
Cross-functional collaboration is necessary to set and adjust routes.
Frequent follow-up and contribution to regional sales strategy execution, both generally and at a customer level, is required.
