Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and conscientious individual to join our team as an HR Business Support specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for solving assigned tasks adapted to your level of competence.

Responsibilities
  • Be proactive in solving assigned tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Involvement in various processes and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Update and maintain HR records in accordance with global and local processes.
  • Scanning and archiving of documentation.
  • Data cleanup.
  • Perform some TA Administration tasks on demand (e.g., interview scheduling).
Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of HR processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Flexible and can-do attitude aligned to company values.
