About Compliance Role

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is looking for a highly motivated individual to take the position as a Compliance Analyst based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role will report to the Head of Compliance and closely interact with other compliance colleagues in the Latin America region to support in managing compliance risks.

  • Support the Head of Compliance in developing, managing and executing Compliance strategies and programs in Brazil and Latin America.
  • Promote a strong culture of compliance and integrity.
  • Provide compliance guidance to clients (implementation of policies, business decision evaluations, project support, best practice processes and controls).

The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in law or business and minimum of 3-5 years of legal, compliance, audit or risk management experience preferably in an insurance or financial services company.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, pragmatic thinking, good judgment and attention to detail. They will also be able to manage multiple projects parallel and coordinate complex assignments across multidisciplinary teams and multiple jurisdictions.
