We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Back Office Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting reconciliation activities by verifying and cross-checking financial data across multiple platforms and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify and cross-check financial data across multiple platforms and systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Identify discrepancies and investigate their causes to prevent errors and optimize processes.
- Prepare reports and analysis to inform decision-making and highlight potential improvements.
- Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and report data, ensuring all discrepancies are flagged and addressed on time.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, organization, and reporting.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Looker, or other data management platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle and interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
