Transforming Production Security as a Site Reliability Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Site Reliability Engineer to enhance our production security, lead operating system upgrades, manage software dependencies, and collaborate on strategic initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead Operating System Upgrades: Develop and execute comprehensive upgrade plans for end-of-life OS across production and cloud environments, ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Dependency Management & Compliance: Identify and update software dependencies to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Vulnerability Remediation: Proactively identify and patch CVEs across infrastructure and applications, minimizing risk and downtime.
- GRC Collaboration: Work closely with the GRC team on gap remediation, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery planning development.
- SaaS Security: Migrate and integrate SaaS applications behind a centralized identity management system.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Effectively communicate plans and progress to engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Provide technical mentorship on security best practices and process improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or SRE roles with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance.
- Deep knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system management.
- Understanding of security vulnerabilities and remediation strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Experience with security tools (Crowdstrike, Rapid7, etc.).
