Job Title: Business Analyst - LATAM
The role of the Senior Finance Analyst is pivotal in providing financial support to various Supply Chain pillars, focusing on Manufacturing, Engineering, and Facilities within the LATAM region.
This position will play a crucial part in supporting capex and opex investments, developing short- and long-term supply chain strategies, and facilitating financial and operational benchmarking across the region.
- Provide critical financial support for investment decisions and portfolio management, contributing to regional site strategies and master plans.
- Performance analytics and reporting: Review and communicate performance drivers, metrics, risks, and opportunities with associated action plans.
- Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with business partners to challenge assumptions, build models, review financial outputs with management, and drive value creation in decision making.
- Audit and Compliance: Oversee internal controls for USGAAP/SOX and local statutory requirements, supporting internal/external audits.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Advanced Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support investment decisions and portfolio management.
- Analyse and report on performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate in planning and forecasting.
- Maintain audit and compliance standards.
