Key ResponsibilitiesAs a technical expert, you will drive solution delivery through requirements analysis, design, and implementation. You will ensure system and application architectures adhere to enterprise standards and support business priorities.
- Elicit future systems requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis to analyze, design and implement business solutions for complex business problems.
- Partner with business analysts and respective cross-functional business groups to elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
- Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (functional requirements, use cases, GUI, screen and interface designs).
Position Requirements & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
- Experience implementing solutions for complex systems supporting business processes.
- Experience driving software and technology solutions in large, complex organizations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects to drive business improvements.
Skillset:
- Ability to be flexible about project changes and dynamically mitigate risks in the moment with mid-course corrective action.
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
