Sales Expert Role

This is a challenging role that requires the right candidate to excel in sales and performance improvement for Amazon's LATAM region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of policy enforcement, incorporating internal and external benchmarking information, and creating a self-service structure for selling partners.

We are looking for someone with experience interacting with customers/stakeholders, problem-solving skills over email/phone, and fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading). Background in back-office operations, escalation management, and troubleshooting environments is also preferred.

The successful candidate will work closely with the LATAM team to improve processes related to Seller Performance enforcements, enhancing transparency and accuracy for Account Managers and sellers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee accuracy of policy enforcements
  • Incorporate internal and external benchmarking information
  • Create a self-service structure for selling partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience interacting with customers/stakeholders
