Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Advocate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding enterprise customers in their cybersecurity journey, empowering them to protect their digital footprint.

You will own and manage customer relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our platform. This involves understanding their unique challenges, providing expert guidance, and proactively anticipating their needs.

As a Cybersecurity Advocate, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers operationalize our platform and achieve their business objectives. Your expertise in cybersecurity, third-party risk management, and our products will drive value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customer success strategies to drive engagement and retention.
  • Lead strategic conversations with customers to align our platform with their business goals and objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity and third-party risk management.
  • Manage customer relationships, including forecasting, collaboration with regional account teams, and efficient execution.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and templates to enhance the customer journey and improve customer care.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting B2B customers in a SaaS organization as a customer success manager, technical account manager, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of the tenets of Third Party Risk Management programs and cybersecurity domain experience.
  • Experience working with C-level Executives, including meetings, high-level presentations, and collaborative discussions.
