Role Overview:

The Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal part in empowering Enterprise customers to transform their approach to security risk assessment.

This role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and effectively communicating the value of our solution to drive deeper engagement.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of cybersecurity, third-party risk management, and our products and services.

They will apply this knowledge to proactively provide support and guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design success strategies for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Lead strategic conversations with customers to align our platform as a solution to their business challenges and goals.
  • Serve as a confident subject matter expert regarding the SecurityScorecard platform and the cybersecurity industry.
  • Manage the gross and net retention of your portfolio.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting B2B customers in a SaaS organization as a customer success manager or similar customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of third-party risk management tenets and cybersecurity domain expertise.
  • Experience working with C-level executives that includes meetings, high-level presentations, and collaborative discussions.
