Job Title: Strategic Growth Professional
We are seeking a skilled client-focused professional to drive account growth and strengthen customer relationships across our US customer base.
- Drive Account Growth: Grow existing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and support.
- Conduct Strategic Reviews: Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for eCommerce growth and develop strategies to achieve their objectives.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with success, sales, marketing, and product teams to drive business results.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Business Development, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital marketing with US clients.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem and digital growth strategies.
