Country Manager Role

This is a senior management position that oversees the LATAM region operations, driving business growth and excellence through strategic planning and execution.

  • Lead and shape our entire LATAM operation, with the autonomy to make high-impact decisions that drive results.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing, multicultural team while forging strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

People & Resource Management
  • Oversee all local resources to ensure productivity and quality, tracking metrics and implementing proactive retention strategies to minimize attrition rates.
  • Manage the hiring pipeline, ensuring timely recruitment and smooth onboarding processes that meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams for smooth cross-functional workflows that support business objectives.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, acting as the primary liaison for client needs and service excellence.
  • Represent the company at local and regional events, forums, and customer meetings, promoting our brand and values.
Operational Leadership & Strategic Growth
  • Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with corporate policies, and monitor performance metrics to provide updates to regional/global leadership.
  • Develop and execute market-specific strategies aligned with global objectives, driving business growth and excellence.
Financial & Market Insight Contribution
  • Support budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives to ensure fiscal responsibility and prudence.
  • Provide market intelligence to guide strategic decisions, identifying opportunities and risks that impact our business.
