Responsibilities- Develop and manage city-based teams, enhancing capabilities to achieve goals.
- Accountable for business development and operational results in individual cities, using data-driven methods to inform strategies.
- Maintain an end-to-end perspective, identifying key issues (business pain points, merchant pain points, user pain points) and communicating feedback to headquarters.
- Manage diverse teams, establish training mechanisms, and cultivate international business talents.
- Systematize work experiences, create standard operating procedures, and establish end-to-end international business processes.
- 2+ years of sales team management experience, managing teams of over 15 members.
- Experience in managing a food delivery business, with demonstrated understanding and insight into the industry.
- Cross-regional multi-city management experience is preferred; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Strong team collaboration skills, with a willingness to share work experience and provide actionable suggestions.
