Description

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our energy storage systems development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification and execution of strategic projects.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and plans. You will also be responsible for managing overseas order negotiations, contracting, and execution to ensure sales targets are met.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will lead quotations at each stage of projects based on competitor quotations, industry raw material costs, and company pricing strategies. You will also coordinate internal production resources to ensure smooth delivery of products and services that meet high quality standards.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining and strengthening business relationships with customers through regular communication, collecting market/customer feedback, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly. You will also provide expert product knowledge and consulting services to enhance customer satisfaction and brand influence.

Furthermore, you will attend international exhibitions to promote our company's branding and products.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with 8+ years of experience in new energy industry business development or sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Motivated and logically organized, with proficient negotiation and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent travel and perform well under pressure.
