Technical Service Engineer

Provide exceptional technical support to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of installation, setup, operation, and maintenance issues related to energy storage systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues, providing feedback on product performance and contributing to ongoing development efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical support, troubleshooting, and training services to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct on-site product installations, including mounting and connecting equipment, configuring settings, and performing initial system testing.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and FAQs to educate customers and internal stakeholders on the installation, operation, and maintenance of energy storage systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, providing feedback on product performance and contributing to ongoing development efforts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services that meet their needs and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Technical service roles related to energy storage or renewable energy.
  • Skill Set: Effective communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are critical.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English is required.
