A visionary Lead Concept Artist is required to spearhead the visual development of our games.
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with art directors and leads to support internal artists in achieving exceptional results.
- Develop and document comprehensive procedures for art asset production and engine requirements, ensuring seamless workflow integration.
- Effectively communicate feedback to artists, guaranteeing that creative notes are met and exceeded.
- Partner with internal Epic art staff to ensure concept art is clear, respectful, and cohesive with other disciplines.
- Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Concept Artist on at least one AAA game title.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing range of styles, creativity, and craftsmanship.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of game art disciplines and their workflows.
