Strategic Partnership Director

About Us:

This role requires a trusted advisor to assist hotel chains in navigating the complexities of the travel technology ecosystem and guiding them to the right decisions in areas such as distribution, business intelligence, marketing technologies, and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of how Latam hotel chains function and operate, and be familiar with the technology solutions adopted by these chains to achieve their commercial objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage strategic alliances with regional and local partners (e.g. RMS, PMS, booking engines, OTAs)
  • Define and execute a partnership roadmap aligned with our GTM strategy in LATAM
  • Identify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the hospitality and travel ecosystem
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to structure and execute partnership agreements
  • Represent us in industry events and partnership meetings to promote our brand and solutions
  • Monitor partner performance, engagement, and contribution to pipeline and revenue
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on partnership outcomes and market trends

You Will Be Successful In This Role If You Have:

  • Experience working with hotel chains in Latam
  • Familiarity with technology solutions adopted by hotel chains in Latam
  • Strong understanding of the travel technology ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
