Job Title: Commercial Director – Pharma

Our team is looking for a skilled and experienced leader to drive commercial strategy and execution for our pharmaceutical-grade solutions in Latin America.

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for our portfolios, aligned with global objectives and regional market dynamics.
  • Manage and expand the customer base in LATAM, with a strong emphasis on the End Use Market for pharma and supplements.
  • Lead distributor strategy and performance management to ensure effective market coverage and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and innovation delivery.
  • Identify and develop opportunities leveraging our horizontal platforms (e.g., flavors, enzymes, emulsifiers) for the pharma and supplements market.
  • Support pricing strategies, margin management, and commercial governance.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions and innovation pipelines.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or supplement sectors.
  • Proven track record in LATAM market development and distributor management.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
