Job Description\

As a Senior Manager of Compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our Latin American business operations. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing our compliance program across regional and subsidiary levels, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters, collaborating extensively with our Legal and Compliance team to uphold global standards. Your expertise will inform stakeholders on the compliance implications of business decisions, ensuring that we maintain the highest level of integrity in our operations.


\

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local regulations, including labor, fair competition, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption laws. They will have experience in developing and enforcing compliance policies and procedures, conducting due diligence, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the designated Compliance professional in accordance with local regulations\
  • Overseeing and administering the compliance program for Samsung Latin America\
  • Developing, maintaining, and enforcing compliance policies and procedures\
  • Conducting due diligences and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders\
  • Ensuring day-to-day compliance with periodic activities\
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal and compliance risks specific to the Latin America business\
  • Leading and overseeing ethics investigations into ethics and integrity incidents\
  • Staying informed on regulatory developments in the Latin America region and assessing impacts on compliance and business operations\
  • Producing timely and accurate reports to Senior management and Global Office\
