Lead Software Engineering Teams to Deliver Business Outcomes

 

  • As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the delivery of high-performance software products that meet the evolving needs of business travelers.
  • You will work closely with technical product managers to design and deliver innovative technology solutions that drive business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee project delivery, process improvement, risk mitigation, cost management, and talent acquisition and development.
  • Grow your team by guiding career development and providing individualized performance feedback.
  • BUILD strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

 

Requirements:

 

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent field is required.
  • Strong experience managing engineering teams of up to 10 people is essential.
  • Proven mastery of software development lifecycle, DevOps, and standard methodologies is necessary.
  • Proficiency in languages such as TypeScript, Go, Java, Kotlin, C#, Node.js, and JavaScript is required.
  • Mastery of secure coding practices, compliance, open-source technologies, and frameworks is essential.
