Project Coordinator Role

The transformative impact of technology on retail is a crucial aspect, affecting every retailer from local shops to large corporations. As specialists in retail technology solutions, we provide strategic implementation, deployment, training, and support services for clients across various retail segments.

Our company is currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Brazil. This role will be responsible for managing project teams, coordinating activities, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, meeting technical requirements, and achieving business objectives.

  • Manage cross-functional project teams effectively
  • Coordinate and control team activities, including technical tasks, process reengineering, and organizational change activities
  • Prepare project execution plans and ensure timely completion, within budget, and meeting technical requirements
  • Select, develop, and leverage necessary resources for successful project execution
  • Align the project team around the project's vision, strategy, goals, methodology, and business objectives
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience leading functional and technical teams to deliver successful projects
  • Proven track record of managing projects independently in a team-oriented environment
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of work experience and schooling/certifications

Desirable skills include project management certifications, experience in managing projects in a retail context, and/or proficiency in relevant software applications.
