As specialists in technology solutions for retail, we provide solutions strategy, implementation, deployment, training, and support services for clients across a range of retail segments including fashion, grocery, pharmacy, do it yourself, telecommunications, and electronics. Work, train and learn with a growing team with over 300 people based in Portugal, the US, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and China, who are transforming the business of retailers across the globe. We are currently seeking anIT Project Managerto join our growing delivery team inBrazil.

What you'll be doing:Manage cross-functional project teams. Coordinate and control team activities, including technical implementation tasks, process reengineering, and organizational change activities to achieve desired results;Prepare project execution plans and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, meet technical requirements, and achieve business objectives.
Manage budget and schedule;Select, develop, and leverage appropriate technical and business resources needed for successful project execution;Align the project team around the project's visions, strategy, goals, methodology and business objectives;Manage project resources and external stakeholders such as subcontractors and service suppliers;Lead regular project reviews with external and internal stakeholders, including senior IT and business leaders;Coordinate and maintain program communications;Ensure project results are of the highest caliber, meeting technical and behavioral objectives, business case targets, and planned value. What we are looking for:Projects Manager with +7 years of experience as IT Project Manager;Experience leading functional and technical teams to deliver IT solutions, including software design, development and configuration, Application Technical integrations, and IT infrastructure requirements;Experience leading projects as a service provider;Experience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;Proficiency in English;Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of work experience in IT Project management plus applicable schooling/certifications. What would be a plus:Experience in managing projects in the Retail industry ;Experience with Oracle Retail suite of applications ;Project Management certifications ;Proficiency in German, French or Spanish.
