About this Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to support business growth initiatives in the area of Organization and Talent management, Learning and Development, with a proven record of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into organizational development solutions for all countries in LATAM.
  • Lead organizational and talent development in Latin America for all leadership teams, including leadership development, performance management programs, and portfolio assets.
  • Execute talent development strategies that solve business problems in terms of capabilities assessment and development.
  • Work with leadership and functional HRBPs to establish strategic goals, processes, and forward-thinking solutions for the company.
  • Leverage partnerships and ensure maximum adoption of our tools and resources.
  • In conjunction with HRBPs, manage the talent review cycle and agenda along with follow-ups on development actions.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of overall business strategy by helping HR business partners and business leaders identify, prioritize, and build talent capabilities.
  • Provide oversight and management for succession planning to ensure business continuity for all key leadership positions.
  • Conduct employee surveys, work with HRBPs to identify key themes, and ensure action plans are in place and executed at regional and country level.
  • Develop high-potential and new manager programs and ensure robust development plans are created and executed by senior leadership and HRBPs and aligned with Global standards.
  • Partner with key stakeholders through effective needs analysis to understand business priorities to ensure we have relevant, value-creating, and results-driven development solutions.
  • Work closely with Sales Training area on leadership development solutions for the sales teams in LATAM.
  • Implement metrics and analytics that effectively measure, benchmark, and monitor the talent development, leadership development, and performance management impact on organizational and individual learning and success.
  • Ensure process improvements and auditing conformity.
  • Manage vendor relationships to deliver initiatives with quality to stakeholders.
  • Manage budget as defined for programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, high proficiency at business level.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in talent development, human resources, and/or learning administration.
  • Strong influencing skills across business functions and across geographic regions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deliver training programs (face-to-face or virtual).
  • Business focus - interest in and knowledge of the business strategy and key business drivers; linking HR initiatives and programs to business needs.
  • Accountability - assumes ownership for achieving personal results and collective goals.
  • An international mindset - culturally aware, flexible, and pragmatic.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data crunching ability.
