Virtual Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Virtual Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support directly to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex correspondence, prioritize communications, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and handle professional interactions with senior executives.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence, curate content, manage profiles strategically, and assist in maintaining a consistent personal brand online.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute travel logistics and itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation arrangements. Provide occasional support with scheduling personal appointments and managing related logistics remotely.
Qualifications
  • Valid USA visa and ability to travel within the USA, Latin America, and Europe.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English at C1 Level or better. Bilingual in Spanish required, Portuguese optional.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience managing executive calendars, email communication, and social media profiles.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
