We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our team.
About the Role:The ServiceNow Solutions Architect will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them design and implement ServiceNow solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with sales teams to design and present ServiceNow platform solutions (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps).
- Translate client business requirements into ServiceNow architectures, workflows, and implementation strategies.
- Lead discovery workshops and contribute to RFP/RFI responses.
- Deliver platform demonstrations and use-case presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and practice leaders to build competitive proposals.
- Stay up to date on ServiceNow product releases, industry solutions, and workflow automation trends.
- 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture.
- Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM, SecOps).
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, ITIL practices, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proven C-level engagement experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Willingness to travel.
- Advanced to Fluent English.
