Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Planning Specialist to join our product team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement purchasing plans based on sales performance analysis;
  • Propose and ensure the ideal assortment plan, in conjunction with Style and Purchasing;
  • Monitor business results and take action on deviations from the planned targets;
  • Measure and analyze data indicators of the area such as margin, turnover and stock coverage;
  • Analyze collection performance through area indicators;
  • Monitor stock management of the network;
  • Define return strategy for collections to guide the Distribution sector;
  • Support the Product Manager in gathering and analyzing information to develop better purchase and category composition strategies;
  • Support buyers in managing NOOS groups;
  • Organize workflow in the area;
  • APPLY AND MONITOR MARKDOWN POLICY;
  • Provide guidelines and monitor the evolution of the Planning Assistant.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed higher education in administration and/or engineering and related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge in Office package;
  • Advanced knowledge in Power BI;
  • Knowledge in women's fashion and young lifestyle;
  • Experience in the function and segment of fashion;
  • Proactivity in problem-solving;
  • Skills in conflict management;
  • Teamwork;
  • Passion for fashion.
