**Job Overview**
As a Visa Professional, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the visa services.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- - Maintain electronic file systems to ensure efficient data management.
- - Establish and implement operational procedures to streamline visa processes.
- - Troubleshoot issues that arise during daily operations.
- - Coordinate appointments with visa applicants and provide customer service.
- - Develop and maintain reports, materials, and other necessary documents.
- - Promote company services and train team members on office procedures.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Education and Experience:
- - Degree or experience in Legal Services, Immigration, or Visa Services is preferred.
- Language Proficiency:
- - Advanced English skills are mandatory.
- - Fluent Portuguese language skills are required.
- - Spanish fluency is an asset.
