Warehouse Associate Ice Prep Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment through efficient stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping processes.
  • Perform daily cycle counting and investigate discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Utilize equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution, guaranteeing quality control.
  • Maintain a clean work environment to ensure pharmaceutical products and merchandise remain safe and secure.
  • Verify product receipt against receiving documents, noting discrepancies, and report any obvious damages as assigned by shift.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Able to work in a climate-controlled facility with ease.
  • Strong ability to read and understand written English language.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while meeting distribution standards.
  • Motivated, hard-working, and dependable individuals with excellent attendance and punctuality are crucial.
  • Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks consistently with precision.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Previous experience in warehouse or distribution settings is highly desirable (one year or less).
  • Proficiency in using RF scanning equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the day.
  • Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift, ensuring physical stamina.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods without discomfort.
