IT Manager for Digital Transformation

We're looking for a skilled IT Manager to lead our digital transformation efforts in the healthcare sector.

  • This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • You'll be responsible for designing and implementing IT strategies, leading project teams, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives for commercial operations.
  2. Manage global and regional IT projects (PMO), ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose technology initiatives.
  4. Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 8+ years in IT roles related to commercial, procurement, finance, big data, or digital transformation.
  • 5+ years in project or release planning or project management roles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Python, SQL.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
