About Us

We are a leading organization in the payments industry.

The objective of this role is to drive payments performance increases while overseeing costs, working with internal and external stakeholders.

This includes managing payments acceptance and experience initiatives to drive increases in payments performance while overseeing the cost of payments.

Responsibilities
  • Drive payments performance increases while overseeing costs, working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a hands-on analyst, resolving escalations and managing Payments' partners and internal clients.
  • Effectively communicate internally across teams and externally with partners, both written and verbally.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Solid program or project management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Driving process improvements experience.
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
