Lead Program Manager - Payment Products

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive program management strategies for Shop with Points and BNPL products, encompassing strategy formulation, implementation roadmaps, and performance tracking.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration among technology, operations, marketing, and risk teams to ensure seamless product delivery and operational excellence.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor program health through KPIs, market analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Process improvements and building processes, project management, and schedules.
