About the Role

The Therapy Specialist will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy services. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that each patient receives the best possible care.

As a Therapy Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with physical disabilities, chronic conditions, and acute injuries. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as pain management, mobility, and strength training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is also required.

You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not essential.
